Urquhart Rezoning Protest
As a concerned citizen of Cascade County I hereby submit this protest to the adoption of the zoning regulations passed by Cascade County on January 31, 2008, changing the Urquhart property from ÒAgricultural A-2Ó to ÒHeavy Industrial I-2Ó, thereby enabling the construction of a coal-fired power plant.
I oppose the building of a coal-fired power plant in the middle of property that is zoned for agriculture. This petition must be submitted by March 3rd to the Cascade County Commission, 325 2nd Ave N, Great Falls, 59401.
