WE,
THE UNDERSIGNED, are concerned
citizens of the United States, the State of Montana, the County of Cascade, and
the City of Great Falls. We
petition the government of the City of Great Falls to join the mayors of
upwards of 440 cities across this nation in signing the U.S. Mayors Climate
Protection Agreement, to urge our nation to ratify the Kyoto Protocol, and to
do all we can as a city to be a part of the solution to the crisis of climate
change, rather than a part of the problem.
